Get a DAM Passport!

We're DAM proud to present the Get a DAM Passport project! This scholarship provides first year and first year transfer OSU Beavers with $175 to purchase a first-time adult U.S. passport and passport photos. Students who are eligible for a federal Pell Grant and in their first year at OSU may apply for this scholarship on a rolling basis. U.S. passports open up doors for students to engage in international experiences worldwide!

We're proud to announce that  Joseph Bailon, Julia Baker, Kyree Blanford, and Keira Carstensen have been selected for the fall 2025 Gilman Scholarship cycle! The Gilman Scholarship awards Pell Grant-eligible students with up to $5,000 to go towards their education abroad program of choice. Read on for more about these students!

2026 Goldwater nominees: CJ Chavez, Madison Crump, Athena DeGennaro, Cameron Rowles, Noah Unger-Schulz

Oregon State University’s National and Global Scholarships Advising office is pleased to announce that OSU has nominated five students, CJ Chavez, Madison Crump, Athena DeGennaro, Cameron Rowles, and Noah Unger-Schulz, to compete for the 2026 Barry Goldwater Scholarship for STEM research. Scholars will be announced later this spring.

2026 Fulbright Semifinalists: Ava Cordle, Teaghan Knox, Camryn Lau, Kera Nelson, Anna Peeters-Weem, Eliza Porter, Metzin Rodriguez

Ten students from OSU have been named Fulbright semifinalists for the 26-27 competition. We're pleased to congratulate Ava Cordle, Teaghan Knox, Camryn Lau, Kera Nelson, Anna Peeters-Weem, Eliza Porter, and Metzin Rodriguez! An additional three semifinalists wished to remain anonymous. We wish them well for the final stage of the competition! Finalists will be announced over the course of the spring.

OSU Student Giulia Wood Selected for 2026 Marshall Scholarship

National and Global Scholarships Advising at Oregon State University is thrilled to announce that Giulia Wood has been named a 2026 Marshall Scholar, the first in OSU history. Giulia is one of 43 students from across the U.S. to receive the honor. As a Marshall Scholar, she will pursue a PhD in Marine Sciences at the University of Liverpool where she will investigate Antarctic krill physiology and their role in biogeochemical cycling in the Southern Ocean.
